We have a 90-Day Guarantee, which means you have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return.
If you purchased a 60-day or 90-day supply, any additional bottles must be unopened to be eligible for a refund. If your order included a free gift, that item must also be returned to receive a full refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package back to us.
Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Refund
Because Zeeno is a consumable supplement, refunds apply only to the unused portion of your order.
Examples:

If you purchased a 3-month plans and finished one bottle, weโll refund you for the two unopened months.
Refund requests must be made within the applicable guarantee window (90 days from your original purchase date).
Refunds will only be issued on first orders.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
